★ Have you read #TheBargainer series by @laurathalassa? This is one of the very first series I ever posted about on bookstagram, wayyyy back in 2017. And, if you’ve followed me since then, you know I’m a big fan of not just Laura’s work but her as a human too! She’s one of my favorite authors, and someone I’m glad I can call friend, as well. Dark Harmony was one of the very first books I ever ARC read, the first piece of bookish art I ever bought and hung is a piece featuring Callie and Des, and beta reading the Four Horseman series felt like winning the lottery. It’s been amazing to cheerlead these books and see them find their way into the hands of readers that love them as much as I do. I cried when I got @thebookishbox editions of The Bargainer series in the mail, because I feel immensely connected to and protective over these books. This is everything I could have hoped for, for this series and my friend.
