Her turn!⠀ ⠀ I love giving and teaching my kids their own life skills for independence. I have a list that has grown each year of responsibilities they are in charge of for themselves. This photo right here is a glimpse into what I like to call “pack your own fruit!” for school lunch. ⠀ ⠀ I realized one day, “why am I packing this day after day when they can do this?!” As long as it’s available for them, they can do it. Not gonna lie either, I love that I don’t have to do this and they are in charge of it. I’ll take one cup and 2 grapes of responsibility please and thank you!
