Her parents - or more so her mother - was relentless but when she left, she decided that she was done. She couldn't handle the immense amount of pressure put not only on herself but her child and that was where she drew the line. Taking whatever belongings she could fit into her car and headed cross country to the one safe haven that she had was the best decision that she could have made. But now that she was there, she felt lost again. It was scary to start over but she had Keelin to help guide her and that meant more than she could ever express. She had been running around town trying to get the things that she and her daughter would need that she had forgotten or left back in Philly. Her head was in the clouds or distracted by the phone ringing yet again that she didn't realize that she wasn't looking where she was going until she felt her body hit another. "Shit. I'm so sorry," she apologized but her face dropped and her heart fell into her stomach and then some when she realized who it was that she had ran into. It felt like her air ways were tightening and her hands shook slightly. "Foster" was all she could muster up as her eyes raked his face. He looked exactly the same but more mature. The years did him good and all of their memories came flooding to the surface. Her heart breaking all over again at the sight of the one that got away.
