Inseparable is what most called you and JD. A parasite was another name but that doesn’t matter. You and JD were never apart. It didn’t matter where he went or what he did you were always there.

You would walk him home and then proceed to spend a bunch more time at his house before sadly saying goodbye and walking back to yours. Jason liked it until you started following him into the restroom.

However as school resumed you found out you had been put into seperate classes. The news made you break down, he was there to comfort you but secretly celebrated the space. It wasn’t that he didn’t enjoy your company more he didn’t enjoy being stuck to you like glue.

After a few weeks he noticed your clinginess deteriorate, your sudden urge to be around him at all times was long gone. You now waited outside the restroom for him, and only sometimes walked with him home.

For some unexplainable reason JD missed it. He would wish on every shooting star he saw that you would return to your normal clingy self. After another week of no luck Jason decided to take matters into his own hands.

He approached you at your locker one day “I’ve noticed you’ve stopped being uh clingy, is there a reason” You shrugged “It’s not me is it” You shut your locker door and turned to face him “You seemed like you didn’t enjoy it, so I stopped” He was confused until he realised, he had a certain habit of when he doesn’t like something (Even if it’s just the teeniest bit) he will make it clear if not with words than with actions.

“Look I’m sorry if I put you off, please go back to being clingy I miss it” You smirked “You like it when I’m around you 24/7” He hated to admit it so he just nodded lightly “Alright then, I thought you’d like me being clingy this much” He looked at the floor “Don’t be ashamed, jeez it’s not that deep” You lifted his chin up and linked his arm with yours, you started walking practically dragging him down the hall.

Keep in mind, when Hinata stepped in? Naruto was literally stuck to the ground due to Chakra receivers and he could not move plus was LITERALLY about to die cause of pain. Hinata stepped in and this wasn’t with the intent to DEFEAT pain.. she knew very well she didn’t match his strength cause that wasn’t even her goal. She was doing this to save Naruto by distracting pain. If anything? It goes to show her love for Naruto would lead to her even risking her own life which she did with NO hesitation. No one else was standing up to pain like that. Another thing is that when pain left her critically injured? It pissed Naruto off SO much that it triggered his 6 tailed, 8 tailed, snd sage form. In the end, pain/nagatos use of the rinnegan which resurrected the fallen, caused his death. But point is.. Hinatas fight against pain wasn’t “weak”. It was her literally saving Naruto which she did successfully.
