Hey just to let the fort rouge area know that there is possibly a starving dog wandering around the area. Last seen around 4:00-4:30 by Jubilee near the B.D.I. on feb 23 running to Osborne. The dog is very skittish and will run away if it sees someone. Its wearing a yellow collar and is a medium brown. My friend further down the street has also seen the dog too and she says it looks like a brown lab.
