While in No More Heroes there's fountains of blood whenever you cut off a limb, in reality, a thermal weapon of this strength should easily cauterize the wound before any massive spillage occurs. So, I specifically sought someone out who sold thermal-based weapons.
You won't find the bugger so easily - they're quite secretive about their wares and sell them only to those with the proper clearance. It's a long and tedious process. You wouldn't want to hear me blather on about it any longer than I already have.
