#forever wasted

Debut album of a Ukrainian sludge/doom metal band that already broke up when this came out. It’s a bummer though, because this has a lot of potential. The songs are very long (7 to 22 minutes long), and as it signifies, they’re very slow, though hey’re a bit more “exciting” than what Corrupted does for example. Some melodic riffs are also smuggled into it (Empire, which is maybe the best song in here). Maybe the length could’ve been a bit more trimmed, as i don’t like albums with near an hour playing time, but maybe that’s my only bigger problem with this. Highlight: Empire FFO: Very slow doom/sludge
