baby feral cursed gremlin….that’s too real

           there’s a quirk of MISCHIEF in the press of her lips and arch of dark brow. its a minor transgression ( by her definition, in the least )---- the offer of purchasing a STARSHIP for her grandson without prior arranging with his mother and father is, rather, her RIGHT AS A GRANDMOTHER.  

                       “I thought you weren’t going to come back to see me this time. Too busy galavanting off on your own adventures and whatnot - no time for a small town deputy like me.” he teases Anakin when he nudges him with his elbow before bringing the coffee he’s grabbed for himself for a slurp before moving to actually wrap his arms around him. “I missed you.”

                  “You can’t hide from the rest of the world for your entire life, you know. You’ve got to make friends SOMETIMES.” she folds her arms over her chest and watches him with a huff after she’s had to search for him for the hundredth time. “And you should know I’m not that easy to lose.”

Quite a scare the one the youngest Solo had given his older sister. She knew for a fact it wasn’t imperatively her responsibility to look after him ——— Anakin was his own person, his own Jedi, and she respected his skills. But family is family, and what once —— back in the time of the old Jedi Order in the Old Republic, was thought as a weakness to be avoided now was understood as a difficult challenge inherent from life, simply unavoidable but to be learnt how to control it. That’s what balance is about. They, Knights, couldn’t be numb agents of war, they were peace keepers and as such they needed to understand the value of peace  ——— what it meant to every life form and family was the common denominator. 

                                “----- LIKE I said, you don’t have your seat belts SECURELY fastened, you’re in for one WILD ride !!” Days like these make a smuggler miss the rough and tumble underbelly of the more feral side of space. Makin’ runs like these for the Rebellion ain’t easy, ‘specially when you add in the non-constant factor of real live HUMANS ( or whatever they might be- he ain’t prejudiced ). Deciding that a simple comms announcement might not’ve been enough, the Captain storms toward the back of the vessel, eyes locking on a tousle-headed troublemaker.
