Data in regards to the pregnancy such as weight, belly size, gender of offspring and how many as well as ultrasound images are sent anonymously to the men. When it is time for the woman to give birth, there is no analgesia and it is a natural birth though medical instruments are prepared. She is brought to a circular delivery room where a OBGYN chair is located on top of a platform, her hands are bound above her head, her legs secured high and spread wide in stirrups and she is naked. There is a one way mirror wrapped around the room because the men have been invited too watch; it is only after the delivery will they know who the father is.
