married her childhood sweetheart, arjun gupta, when she was 20 years old. they lived (mostly) off of his parents money for a few years while he finished up school and she decided what the heck she wanted to do with her life.

eventually, she settled on pursuing a career in teaching and began her degree as soon as arjun finished his. all the while, they made efforts begin a family, something that they were both passionate about, but after nearly two years of trying and several doctors visits, they found out that conceiving a child simply wasn’t in the cards for minnie.

it didn’t take long for them to settle on the idea of adoption and after a few trips to india for visits with arjun’s family, it became clear to minnie that everything happens for a reason. it was by chance that the couple met with an adoption agent who introduced them to vihaan, but there was an immediate connection between them and the child. the paperwork was immediately filed to go through the motions of adopting him and though the process was long and grueling, it paid off when vihaan was finally able to join their home.

all you need to know is that vihaan is literally the light of her life and she will talk about him for hours if you give her the chance. 10/10 he comes up in every conversation she has at least three times. 

a few years ago, arjun grew ill and passed away, leaving her alone in their big house. she passes the time by doing lots of cooking, gardening, reading, and doting on her son more than is necessary. whoops.

she’s just a smol bean who’s doing her best to keep her chin up and stay happy. she’s an incredibly genuine and caring person who just wants to make the world a little brighter??? i’ll add more details to this later, but feel free to throw plots at me.

WANTED PLOTS:

VIHAAN’S PALS - minnie is pretty invested in her sons life, so it’s inevitable that she hasn’t met a few of his friends?? honestly, she probably loves them almost as much as vihaan and insists that he brings them over for dinner when she cooks because she just can’t help but want to take care of literally everyone all the time?

WINE WEDNESDAYS - i’d love a few guy or gal pals that can drag minnie out of her house once or twice every two weeks or so (because lord knows she won’t do it on her own) for dinner and drinks?? she might not be overly eager to leave, but if you tempt her with wine, she won’t put up much of a fight after that.  just pls get her out of her house that’s all i ask jhiorgwfasdjio
