For me, this is the little fiction that could. And I mean it in the most respectful way. I discovered it via a compilation post on your companion blog (@wangxianficfinder) and was intrigued by its succinct summary, "Sizhui is angry." Summary: After staying over at Lan Wangji's house one afternoon, Yu Ziyuan notices that her ward returns home limping. Normally, she wouldn't dream of broaching the topic with him, but a few days later, it happens again. And again. And again. She decides to bring the matter up with Jiang Fengmian, but seeing as her husband doesn't understand what she's trying to get at, she's forced to act as the responsible parent in this scenario. While she'd rather eat ground glass than have this sort of conversation with the dumbass she raised, she'll still do it; he is clearly in need of guidance!
