Harry’s POV At first when I wrote this sign, I expected some amazing stories that would totally change my view on people. But that was not the case at all. Turns out when you tell people that you will pay them a dollar to listen to their stories, they’ll tell you anything. Just for a dollar. So basically my whole day in I pay very happy people to tell me about their wonderful lives and how their biggest problem was when their dad wouldn't buy them a pony. It's okay though. I guess all I really wanted to do was show people that there was someone out there who wanted to listen. I sit up straight on the curb and hold my sign up having a better attitude than about the whole situation. "So you're really giving people a dollar to talk to you? Desperate for friends?" I looked up at the boy that was standing in front of me which forced me to squint my eyes shut from the bright sunshine. "Actually, I have plenty of friends. I just wanted to let people know that someone was there to listen and would even be willing to give some money to hear what they have to say." I said at the oddly attractive boy who clearly misunderstood my intentions. "How's that working for ya?" He smiled down at me. "Well, tell me your story and I might tell you afterwards," I winked not wanting this strange encounter to end. "Hmm. My story eh? There isn't much to tell. I mean there was the whole bullied for being gay thing. But you can't really do much about that. Some people are always gonna have a problem with it and I honestly feel sorry for those people. I would much rather be gay and all that rather than be a bloody idiot." By this time he was sitting next to me on the sidewalk curb and for the first time this whole day I was 100% glad that I did this. This is the type of thing that I've been waiting to hear all day. And as he carried on I continued to be more and more hypnotized by this lovely human being in front of me. When he finished I wish that I could've started it all over and have the whole conversation again. But I couldn't and people were lining up just to talk to me. "Well, I believe I owe you a dollar Mr.?" "My names Louis Tomlinson. And hey, keep the dollar. I hadn't had someone listen to me like that in a long time and it's really nice that you're doing this. In fact Mr-" "Harry Styles." "Mr. Harry Styles," He said smirking. "I'd love to take you out to dinner so that I can hear your story this time." He winked and I felt like I has known him for so many years. "I'd love that." (A/N): Yayy. Short and sweet. I love it❤
