The wisdom of Stoic philosophy begins with one core idea: separating what we can control from what we cannot. We can’t undo the past, reverse external forces, or control others' feelings. What we can control is the present moment—the decisions we make and the actions we take. By focusing our energy on what’s within our power, we create space for progress, peace, and clarity.
