**2nd photo from project mates GC (message from Division Chief as relayed by Project Leader)
on top of our individual targets for the project, TM (Technical Manager) opened up the possibility na hingin ang service namin as analysts for COVID-19 testing bec. RT- PCR
maraming issues na nakita like,
1. not sure if our facility is equipped
2. we are not trained na mag handle ng known infectious samples, lalo na't hindi pa ganun ka lawak ang familiarity, even ng virologists sa nature ng virus na ito.
the following day, LH (Laboratory Head) asked our assistance para iasses kung kaya ba ng facility, and it turned out na kaya naman. We have the basic equipments na ggamitin. She then asked us kung anong stand namin. Kung willing ba kami.
Personally speaking willing ako. May apprehensions, pero gusto ko.
Days prior, nag open up ako kay Vii (medtech friend from here) na nag iisip ako na magrender ng service as a medtech kung meron mang Govt. hospital na understaff due to this outbreak.
That is kung wala akong WFH (na alam ko namang imposible).
I felt like this could be the answer sa gusto kong gawin. Baka eto yung way para maka serve ako sa bayan at this time of crisis.
Aww,, ♥️
and so 'Science to Business' fam went back to regular programing.. still, #parasabayan.
