so many groups in one building for one day’s worth of filming, and kiana could understand why she’d been asked to take on a task an assistant usually would -nor could she ignore the stressed out pleading from someone worked to the bone- but damn if it wasn’t a little strange being an errand boy.
between two hands, so as to not drop it on her stage clothes, should one of the flurrying people nearby bump into her, was a cup of coffee. misplaced in all of the bustle, any other day and she might have accepted it as is so as to not cause any further issue, but she couldn’t have that much caffeine without messing up her entire too packed schedule. and so, here she was, temporary food runner, knocking on the door of andromeda’s section backstage, and beelining her way to who memory told was ruby -she hoped.
“tea.” ki went to stretch her hand out, then reeled back with a shake of her head and recognition she hadn’t given enough information. “i had asked for tea, but received coffee, and an assistant told me that they must have mixed up our orders. do you still have it perchance?” more decisively, kiana held out the coffee cup, “i didn’t drink from it.”
