Youngmi’s relationship with Dojun was a rather strange on. While she loved her brother and would do almost anything for him, there was an obvious disconnect there between them. She knew that it had more to do with her mother and their father than anything else, but she couldn’t help but want a closer bond with him. It had gotten a lot better as they grew older and Youngmi cut off most, if not all, contact with her mother. She tried her best to reach out and connect with him whenever she could, even amidst her busy schedule, because she felt as though it were one of the few aspects of her life that she could actually control for the most part. She had been trying to schedule some sort of time spent with her older brother for quite some time, but with both of their schedules being filled to the brim, it wasn’t easy. She was finally able to get a few hours with him during one of their slower days.
Unfortunately for Youngmi, it wasn’t her best day. She felt bloated and fatigued, and didn’t want to get out of bed, but she managed to pull herself together enough to get showered and dressed in her comfiest sweatpants before going over to Dojun’s house. Currently, she was sitting on Dojun’s couch, her legs tucked underneath her as they talked. “Oppa,” a term of endearment she had only became comfortable enough to use with him in the past few years, “do you have anything to drink? Tea or water?”
