Tora had been bored, and was craving a drink despite being in her dorm doing chores. Her manager did say she had to finish all the cleaning, however there was only folding up washing left, and it was her clothes which wasn’t many. Sighing, she texted Benjy with the hopes of him not practicing this late in the evening. He was always the first one she would message for drinks (and he was really the only one who could handle her drunken antics), and she did enjoy the other foreigner’s company since their trainee days.

large, laid-back, semi long-haired body with captivating blue eyes. ragdolls. haruka almost knew everything about those enormous affectionate animals. from their measurements (males will usually top the scale at 15-20 pounds; proportionately smaller females usually weigh between 10-15 pounds, as cfa states.) , eating preferences (meat, no grain, though some go raccoon, trash-pandas way.) to what she loved the most about them – character. those puppy-like cats seem to be more interested in humans than other breeds. just like in that the police’s song, they’ll be watching you. some interpret the lyrics to be the most endearing thing (like when your pet greets you at the door) while the other claim it to indicate the stalking tendencies (being followed everywhere, toilet and extensive make out sessions included).

what haru didn’t get though, was the way both reo and ramu seemed to hate benjy. they weren’t mean or violent towards him but each time the american came to pay visit to his friend, they didn’t seem to be warming up to him. maybe she’d try doing something about it if it wasn’t this entertaining to watch.

“wow.” she commented after reo gracefully ignored purple mouse thrown for her. “you must be really cursed, mustn’t you?”

jisoo tended to keep a close eye on up and coming groups in the industry. partly because she was curious as to what they had to offer, but mostly because she was a fan of music and she was always open to discovering new groups and talent. lately element had fallen under her radar, what with them just debuting and already having another comeback. she hadn’t paid too much attention to their previous releases, but their debut song had really caught her attention. 

she hadn’t been expecting to come across the younger idol so soon, but she was glad she had. she always liked to greet rookies, no matter what label they were under, because that was how she was welcomed into the industry. her sunbaenims had shown her a lot of care, so she wanted to do the same for her dongsaengs. 

The end of the year had always been a busy time for her, this year more so than the others between promoting the Christmas single with Gold Star Nation and all of the year-end award shows she had to attend. Let’s not forget that she has to wrap up her South Korea tour as well. It had been quite a year, and overall she is rather satisfied with how everything had turned out. She usually spends her holidays cooped up in her own little apartment with little to no company, but that is how she likes it. Rarely did she feel lonely when alone but it was surprising how lonely she could feel standing in a sea of people. This holiday was no different. With the thought of just enjoying the day, she wakes up to find out that her plan of doing absolutely nothing has been completely thwarted by a simple text message that boldly declared she was going to spend the day with the sender. Rolling her eyes, an exasperated sigh slips past her lips as she puts the phone down and gets herself ready to meet her uninvited guest. The message is left unanswered because she can’t be bothered to reply, and even if she told him not to come he would’ve showed up anyway. It would be a lie if she said she didn’t want him to meet him though. They had not been able to really catch up because both had been so busy so a small part of her did look forward to it (although she loathed the way he announced it – so sudden and so out of the blue).

True to his words, there’s a knock at the door not long after. Dragging her feet across the floor, the door is opened and she is greets him with her morning look; eyes glaring at him, hair messily kept in a bun and tootbrush in her mouth.

the familiar sight of a figure sprawled out on the floor of the practice room made a smile form on xiu’s face, and she dropped her bag on the ground by the door as she made her way over to him. she had been planning on getting a little bit of practice in, but she knew as soon as she saw benjy that any hopes of getting any work done was thrown out the window. it seemed as though she couldn’t do anything productive while she was in his presence - not that she really minded. xiu always had fun when she was with benjy, and she found herself looking forward to anytime where they were able to hang out and just enjoy each other’s presence. the two of them couldn’t be anymore different, but for some reason that worked for them and their friendship.
