“Alright, are you ready,” the blonde woman asked, blue eyes focused on the gently flowing river that lay out before them. Discovering new things with her magic and testing the limits and skills that she could build on was always a fun an exciting thing for Elsa. Soft, lithe fingers quickly clenched into a tight fist before flexing out, pale shoulders rolling in their sockets as she prepared herself.
It was a seemingly simple task, but one that was falsely so. It took timing and perfect placement to be able to accomplish it. “Okay; one...,” Glacial blue irises fixed themselves on a single fish that swam with the quick moving current. “Two...,” Hands held themselves out over the edge of the water from where she stood at its sandy bank. “Three!”
Magic sprung to life at her fingertips, a chill filling the air as ice formed just beneath the surface of the flowing water, planting itself in the rocks below as something akin to a ramp jutted out of its glass-like surface. The fish she had been so focused on, unaware of the sudden change that had occurred and propelled by the river’s current, slid over the climbing surface of the ice, lifted out from the water and went flying towards the head of the large dragon.
