exercise note to self:
if the ab exercise workout says '140 reps, done throughout the day', then I need to do them throughout the day instead of in one stretch of 'ten reps, rest 15-20 seconds, ten more reps' etc. I will recall this next time because seated flutter kicks start getting to look like the visual rendition of the sad trombone noise if I try to do them all in one session, even in bursts of ten.

This workout will be the death of me this week!
Ab and Cardio
I was going to go run today but the Texas heat today was out of this world, so that was a definite NO!
So I ran 1 mile on the treadmill this morning followed by doing some quick Ab workouts that left me a little hurt, especially since I haven’t worked my Abs in 3 months.
Let me break it down for you guys
1 mile run either outside or on the treadmill
Abs 3×20 flutter kicks
3×20 single leg glute kicks 1× 1 minute plank 2×1 minute side planks * for each side
3×20 Russian twists 3×20 oblique twists or hip taps
3×6 In the Captain’s Chair for Leg Raises
