Luma had a manner of telling when someone was in her shop, aside from the small ring of the bell as the door was opened. Even from the back where her workstation was, with her keen ears she could pick up the sound of rustling fabric and soft footsteps, quickly gauging that whoever this was, was either a child or a very small monster. Probably shy too if they hadnât said anything yet.
Well, best to check and see if everything was to their liking, so the bat monster rose from her work and went to greet the customer at her counter. She steps into the main room with the usual smile on her expression, though upon seeing a human exploring her store, the young monster tenses a little with a look of surprise now on her face. Oh⊠this one looked quite young, itwas a childâŠ
â⊠Poor thing, you donât look dressed for the snowy weather here at all.â She eventually said with a tone of sympathy, eventually deciding that the human seemed harmless enough that it wouldnât be fair to treat them any differently than any other monster. Wearing shorts when there could very well be a blizzard outside?? That simply wouldnât do. âAre you cold at all, little one?â
âOh! I mean, I got caught in a worse storm then usual but I was heading to waterfall, so it wasnât really much of an issue. Iâm pretty cold resistant at this point, even without having any handy fur like most monsters in these parts. if I could perhaps hamg out a bit till it calms down out there, Iâd be rather grateful!â The voice shouldnât have been a surprise, but Frisk had been caught feeling a rather soft scarf and was distracted. her friendly smile betrayed just how bad to storm had caught her though, seeing how she had troubles stopping her teeth from chattering. her cheeks were bright and rosy, but she seemed to not really notice her symptoms of cold like the monster had.
