3) enemies to lovers but you’re both heirs to your respective kingdoms, and once you start to realize you’re falling for them, you’re informed they’ve been arranged in marriage to someone else.

4) sharing the most intimate kiss in the world with your best friend, only for them to say in the end after stealing the breath out of your lungs that it meant “nothing”.

5) your childhood friend grows up so beautifully it quite literally leaves you breathless, even more so when their greek god-like face is so near yours, whispering how they’ve always wanted to be yours.

6) waltzing in the dead of night with the so-called ostentatious vampire of the hill castle, and realizing they’re not as bad as the townspeople make them out to be.

7) right person, wrong time where with an aching heart, you bid your farewell under a crooked umbrella, outside a train station and the only warm thing about that day was the feeling of your lips pressed against theirs.

8) morning aftercare with your very hungover and very gorgeous roommate, and you think they’re still buzzing with alcohol when they give you a half-smile, lean over and slide the pad of their thumb on the corner of your lip, cleaning off a little breadcrumb.
