Im doing quite good in the last few days :> Im just a bit anxious cause today we are going to my mom’s bday at some restaurant and Im always worried how I will be treated. I suffered from major medical neglect and to this day a lot of my illnesses are ignored and I dont get understanding that a lot of them are really bad and have huge impact on my life :/ not mentioning that I was never ‘enough’, no matter how much I accomplished, also being treated awful for any not perfect grade and such. One of things that is deeply rooted in my mind is when I got 5 from a small test and instead of being proud of me I heard ‘why not 6?’ idk, cause in primary school max grade on small tests was 5… -,- so having max grade wasnt enough 🤡

hopefully this wont cause me to go back to deeply depressive state
