Celadon City was always vibrant with many walks of life; there were more people bustling around the metropolis than any other city in Kanto, with many visitors coming to indulge in attractions such as the incredibly-large department store and the luxurious casino stationed in the heart of all the action. There was never a dull moment, and with the clean, fresh air, walking through the crowds wasn’t half bad - if you knew where you were going.

The Cerulean City Gym Leader had finished a round of intense shopping earlier in the morning, hoping to beat the crowds and snag all of the items she needed without any hassle. The girl was visiting the city of Celadon to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation. It had been a while since Misty was able to leave her duties as Gym Leader; she’d been working to the bone, maintaining the gym with little help other than that of her Pokemon. So, visiting the city of rainbow colors was a wonderful excursion from her otherwise monotonous routine.

She stopped by her room at the Celadon Hotel to drop off her things, taking with her a map of the city in hopes of perhaps visiting the Move Tutor, or even the casino, to try her hand at the slot machines in hopes that lady luck would grant her with a little extra cash.

Tucking her handbag over her shoulder, Misty exited the hotel, taking a pleasant path through the residential area and heading towards the city. Upon walking down the tiled sidewalk, she saw the silhouette of a very familiar figure. it appeared to be none other than Erika, Gym Leader of Celadon City. With a smile on her face, the redhead began jogging lightly towards her friend.

Breloom happily put the foes Honchcrow to sleep with Spore, before knocking it out with a powerful Thunder punch. He then repeated this with their Ninetails and Gyarados. Then switched things up by using Spore and Giga Drain on their Clyoster and Nidoking. Finally, ending the battle by Spore and Focus Punching their Dragonair without much effort.

Needless to say, the trainer that Marshal wiped the floor with was not amused, saying a great many things, most vulgar about Marshal's Breloom. Breloom, in response, simply waved happily to the trainer and went back to Marshal. 

Marshal would have said something to the trainer he just beat, but between the swearing and crying, they ran off to get their pokemon healed. Marshal shrugged, they still had a long way to go if they wanted to challenge a pokemon league anytime soon.
