demo flow trail (soquel demonstration forest)
from top to the bottom - all 6 stages non-stop (a little painful at the end but worth it). it’s super fun. it’s like riding a roller coaster designed for bicycles. any bike will survive down this flow trail, but, it’s super fun on any type of mountain bike.
all north bay riders very familiar with tamarancho’s flow trail, should travel south to the santa cruz mountains and hit this up. trust me when i say “it’s worth the ‘long drive’ ”. be careful when driving in the santa cruz mountains - chp is trigger happy with their radar, especially in the early morning hours. speed limits range from 40-55mph, so, watch your speed....even in corners.
soquel demonstration forest, aka demo, now officially has 5 trails. they are Bacon, Corral, Braille, Flow and Sawpit. they are all different AND they are all fun...in their own little (sometimes big) ways.
at anyrate, enjoy the 14 min video of demo’s flow trail.

lot's of hours went into making this trail up in nor cal. many volunteers spent countless hours doing a labor of love...it's amazing to see what can be done within the mtb community...
