♡:Accidentally falling asleep together
They meet coincidentally at the planetarium - she had plans to go with a friend who did not appear and he had been on his way home after a small meeting with his manager. He remembers her from before, she remembers him too. So when eyes meet, he raises his free hand to wave at her, eyes crinkled and a polished smile dancing upon his lips. She greets him all the same.
Small talk. He’s always been good at staying casual with his words, never revealing too much and never seeming too cold. Conversation leads to her revealing what was supposed to excitingly unfold today now gone. Sympathy eases itself into him - the feeling of being left behind is always an acrimonious one. The look of disappointment trying to hide itself upon her face reaches out to him all the more and eventually he takes the first step in offering himself as a companion. Just for today - an impromptu outing.
The interior is cooler than the sun lit outside, they sit together near the center all quiet and curious. The gradient of rippling orange and yellow fading into black, the murmurs of people around them falling into silence as small twinkle of stars shaping into constellations come dancing into the raven blackness.
He doesn’t know who is the first to be lulled to sleep by the gentle harp tunes which play in the distance, quiet in comparison to he deep monotonous voice which explains the world around them. The images plastered upon the canvas are beautiful, ethereal in their own way. A concoction that leaves him nodding. When head tilts to the side, all he remembers is that there is warmth and he is cozy even in the coolness of the room. Something soft too.
They’re woken up by one of the workers. Small laughter escaping the employee when she sees two teenagers looking rather ruffled and confused by their surroundings before realizing what had just occurred. He’s embarrassed, a sheepish apology slipping from his mouth as hand scratches at the back of his neck. But he has to admit, while falling asleep was not the best way to end the situation, Kise had fun. A lot of fun.
And it’s odd, but he feels as if he’s gotten a lot closer to the girl through the outing today.
