I get up and I have a glass of warm lemon water. Then I drink like 3-5 more glasses of water, this helps to clean your body. When you get up your body starts to dispose the toxins from the day before. The lemon water helps to take those toxins out of the body and have it warm helps to expand the cells so more toxins can be released.
Then I have my green smoothie. This is most likely my breakfast. To make it complete add any greens (kale, spinach, coriander, celery…) 1 o 3 fruits (the ones you like) orange juice (vitamin C), a good source of fat (avocados or coconut oil) and coconut water, if not normal water, and you can add superfoods too. I sprinkle my smoothies with a little bit of chia.
I like to have fruits as snacks, I like to do these raw bites, you can use whatever nuts you like, dates and dried fruits, put them on a food processor and then make bites with your hands, you can cover them with cocoa powder and it’s delicious, raw and gives you a lot of energy. I love dehydrated fruits as snacks as well.
For lunch and dinner I have always different things I like Lentils, Lentil patties, Chickpeas, Chickpeas Patties (Falafel), Soups and creams from all veggies, one I like the most is pumpkin cream, vegan nachos, vegan burgers, fries, mashed potatoes, cereal, green smoothies, veggie and fruit juices, raw bites, rice and beans, fruits in general, pesto, basil pesto with macaroni, sandwiches, guacamole, fried plantains.
