One of the many reasons I teach acro yoga is seeing and experiencing people break free their comfort zone and establish a space of inner confidence that correlates to everything else in their life. As I often share through my daily classes here in Bali, the lessons and awareness learned on a yoga mat are very similar to those learned out in the world. Therefore to experience an individual gaining a space of joy and bliss in their heart, while they strengthen and stretch their body, brings me immense levels of joy. As I travel and teach this beautiful practice to others in the world, I am constantly reminded of how precious this life is we lead. Within this preciousness exists the opportunity for us all to learn to trust ourselves, learn to trust others and embrace the inner child inside our body. As that child awakens, and inner confidence is experienced, the result simply enhances every area of life.
