"Why haven't you been answering your phone?!" Alphonse asked first thing right after he slammed the door shut to Tahno's apartment. "The crowd seems to have dispersed though I still had to sneak in here." He sighed and flopped onto the couch. Everything seemed to be spiraling out of control. Usually it would be Tahno that dealt with the paparazzi since, well, that was his job. But Alphonse? "I couldn't even get the water tribe noodles."
"Well good evening to you too," Tahno replied lazily as he walked in from the kitchen, holding a bowl of fried rice in his hand. "Nice to see you’re making good use of your house key, I suppose. Anyways, you got up here just fine-- after all, I don't hear any reporters banging on the door asking for pictures of us together." The waterbender took in the alchemist’s disheveled appearance and tried not to laugh. Tahno had to deal with the paparazzi every day; it was hard to see what the big deal was. He raised the bowl as an offering. "I don’t have water tribe noodles, but will water tribe rice do?"
