oh god. Oh god I'm in love. Holy shit this is incredible. It has so much content. There's a dolphin pet and they and the park warden and the wardens 2 sons solve crimes. Random episode synopsis:
apparently, in the next episode, a circuit performer claims that Flipper can actually talk, and flipper has told the guy that he wants to be in his failing traveling circus. Clearly, a scam, to take the dolphin. the kids (sandy and bud) believe him, and try to convince their dad to let their pet go off to live his dreams as a talking circus dolphin. I'm so fucking INVESTED
