random new npc idea is a gamemaster where they are the ones to reside over the various "minigames" throughout the tcwg adventures (puzzles, the underground ring, racing, etc)
#you know how games like spyro or botw theres random ass minigames#launching boulders#golf#that thing where you hit something as hard as you can for a higher score#go kart racing#fighting rings#cooking contests#flight courses#in tcwg theres gonna be one npc who just oversees all of them#as typical npc behavior dictates. they show up randomly in random places#and its always the same person just with a slightly different outfit#but you cna get really cool and rare rewards for placing#and its of course magic-beings-allowed games so theres always some fantastical mechanics#ive been playing a lot of mario kart and i think there should be a racing function in tcwg#which lime is of course obsessed with#(its for the rewards) he says#for me its the cool outfits#always gotta stop and play the minigames#at one point its just a straight up casino
