... God, I’m such a Friendship Gremlin.

So Chicken Head Kiriya attacks Hiiro, and I’m like ‘yeah, okay, that makes sense.’

Because, while I will never, in anyway, deny that Taiga is part of the CR friendship/family circle (Kuroto isn’t, Parad’s a potential invitee), I would personally label Hiiro and Kiriya as being slightly closer to Emu. So from my perspective, it’s like ‘oh, Ex-Aid’s two best friends are fighting now.’ I guess it’s ‘cause Taiga is just more stoic and solitary unless it’s Nico? (though Emu and Poppy were also Hiiro’s only friends for a while there, too)

... I just realised... That that would have made the arc where both Hiiro and Kiriya were enemies (before Kiriya tipped Emu off) really hard for my intern baby. Like, your two best friends are suddenly your enemies? Ouch. I’m so sorry Emu.
