The first training center to make Kaizen projects a reality
Flexpipe will officially open its training center on May 17th. The first training center of this kind in North America, will host American and Canadian manufacturers who want to set up the modular maintenance system popularized by the Toyota Production System (TPS).
The training is mainly targeted at manufacturers who want to make Kaizenâs ideas come true. âTraining and consultations focusing on continuous improvement are very popular but once the analysis is done, companies have sometimes difficulties to accomplish the next steps. The Flexpipe modular system and these trainings serve to decide future actions.â Julien Depelteau âFlexpipe President.
In these two training days, the participants will visualize concrete ideas to the ongoing improvement, they will learn about the different possibilities of the modular system and they will be lead to create and to assemble a practical solution for their factory. Flexpipe is a modular system, like the real Meccano toy, it allows continuous improvement solutions such as kit trolleys, ergonomic work stations, customized communication boards, custom-made racks and all other imaginable maintenance structures.
