Spent the afternoon with @micaperz10 and my new #flexsisters and I'm now high from all the endorphins from our workout and the new friendships made. I grew up with only brothers (yup, I'm an only girl in the family) so you can imagine how grateful I am to have a sister-in-law and find new sisters who are just as passionate about fitness and empowering through fitness!
