lamictal can come in really strange shapes and be really big and scary to swallow and sometimes i still have trouble swallowing it, but i got a pill splitter and just split it in half so it’s easier

i have a 100 mg tablet and it's gotten to the point where i split it into four quarters in anticipation of choking on it otherwise... tbh my anxiety just kicks in and i physically lose control over my ability to swallow because i convince myself that it won't go down the first time and that it'll leave that horrible bitter taste
