Gets jealous the most; This is my own personal headcanon but I feel like Gin would get like insanely jealous and it isn’t pretty.
Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive; Gin would certainly pick up Rangiku once she’s had too much to drink.
Takes care of on sick days; Mm, if he’s actually there then they take care of each other, otherwise Rangiku really doesn’t really get all that sick.
Drags the other person out into the water on beach day; Rangiku definitely, she absolutely adores going to the beach and she’ll use any excuse to drag Gin into the water.
Gives unprompted massages; Rangiku of course and sometimes it’s Gin
Drives/rides shotgun; In an AU, it’d probably be Rangiku
Brings the other lunch at work; They both share this
Has the better parental relationship; Neither of them have parents

The term justice varies greatly in the Soul Society, at least to me, after the first several arcs I felt this slowly shifted for some people as well. Though basically there are people like Tōsen; at least at the time and Komamura, they both have/had a high standing opinion of justice, that it should be established to keep the peace, then with Kenpachi it’s more or less the opposite taking it by brute force.
However with Isshin he’s always been someone with honor, as being the head of a former noble clan can instill into someone. He’s a lot like Ichigo in that he wants to protect the people close to him and if there’s something he doesn’t feel is right, or something he has to question then he’ll go after it.]
Gimme headcanons about his nervous habits. I know it seems pretty insignificant but I like knowing what happens to a character when they're under a lot of pressure.

[I think as a Captain he wouldn’t of had many? Just because he was pretty laid back and just, chill, for lose of a better word. Though he had small ones like running a hand through his hair and just keeping it there as he thought and crossing his arms to tap a finger on his bicep. However when Masaki became pregnant and he had children more nervous ticks came, one that he still does today and drives Karin up a wall is pacing all around the house, also tapping his fingers on the table when waiting.]
