Hey! I know a lot of illnesses exist and sometimes the rare ones get missed or left out... any chance I could put in a special request for Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction? Chronic Pancreatitis and/or Gastroparesis? For those ideal things to track would be (1) Nausea/Vomiting; (2) Constipation/Bowl Regularity/Irregularity (3) Abdominal Pain (4) Fatigue, and such just to name a few. Also for this illness being able to have a food/fitness diary built in would be so amazing! Any plans for that?
What’s great about Flaredown is that you can add any illness to track. It’s completely custom. If you wanted to add an nonsense illness to track (believe me, I made up quite a few in QA testing..) you are free to. Additionally, you get to create the symptoms to track.. so we’ve already got you covered on that!We don’t currently have a plan for a food diary, but we have an option to tag your day with something you suspect is having an impact on your health (like dairy or gluten, for examples,) or adding them as treatments.-Susie
What is your ETA for the public at this point? I don't have a PayPal so I have to wait for the full release I guess :/
We’re still in development as of now - we don’t have a set date due to working and reworking features. We’ve been listening to our userbase to make sure we have the features users will actually use, so it’s taking a little longer.Also, you don’t have to have a PayPal account to donate! On our indiegogo campaign, when you proceed to checkout, it will bring you to a PayPal site, but you don’t need to have an account. Just select the ‘Pay with a Debit or Credit Card Option’, and you won’t have to make an account.Hope to see you in the forums!- Susie

We’re still in development as of now, so it won’t show up in any of the app stores just yet.As soon as we move closer to public release, we will let everyone know!
Will this app track sleep (both time and duration)? Can it register more than one 'block' of sleep if it does?
At this time, Flaredown doesn’t have an option to track sleep time. However, sleep can be tracked as a ‘treatment’, and each ‘block’ of sleep can be entered as a ‘dose’.

When will the graph feature be available on flaredown?
We’re working on the graph as we speak! We don’t have a projected date of release just yet, but we will let you know as soon as we have some idea. It’s taking a little longer because in order to create the graph with the features our users are looking for, we had to rebuild some of the symptom tracking aspects of the app.

Hey everyone! Sorry for everything being so quiet over here. I promise we’re still working hard on Flaredown! We haven’t forgotten you, and we’ll be back to posting updates soon. (To be honest, I lost the password to the tumblr for a while... oops...)
Lately, all the updates have really been minor nerdy things - yay, we got this bug fixed or woo, this new code works. Nothing incredibly interesting to anyone but us nerds over here. Once we have a big breakthrough, you’ll hear about it!

Will FD be able to track undiagnosed pain? I'm currently in the diagnostic process but having something I could chart my pain with would've been so useful!
Hi narflet! You can 100% track your undiagnosed pain or any symptom for that matter. You have the choice of entering in a condition(s) or no conditions at all with Flaredown, so tracking just symptoms is totally awesome too!
