Valentine’s Day Contest Flashback Post - Day #14

Man, it’s been two weeks of these flashback posts already and we’re three years down. I’m gonna have to change it up and start a deadline countdown pretty soon! (Still a little over 3 weeks left, FYI) Now we begin the look back on 2010′s Valentine’ Day Contest entries. For this contest, I went back to standard talent and humor categories, this time with both themes borrowing lines from classic rock tunes. For talent, as Billy Idol sung, it was a “Nice Day For a White Wedding.” Entries were focused on marriage scenes. Humor took a page from Bon Jovi: shot through the heart, a Megaman villain was to blame, oh baddies,“You Give Love a Bad Name.” In this category, villains tried to force a good character to fall for them.
Today we’ll start with the White Wedding pics. @annamariacoppi drew a gorgeous Roll.EXE being attended to by a few viruses as she fit into her bridal gown. Akira drew Aile dreaming about her rose-filled fantasy wedding to Giroette (hopefully Rospark the Floroid stayed away from the ceremony). And finally, BassDS had Subaru and Misora tie the knot underneath a shooting star on a starry night.
