These steak tortilla nachos are a tasty twist on traditional nachos. The tender, flavorful steak complements the fresh tomatoes, spicy jalapenos, and creamy sour cream perfectly. Serve as an appetizer or main course.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F. Combine chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss the sliced flank steak in the spice mixture until well coated. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Cook until the steak is browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Place tortilla wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Add the cooked steak, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, and shredded cheddar cheese to the tortilla chips. Return the baking sheet to the oven for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Before serving, drizzle with sour cream.
