Mahiru was tired. Her workload yesterday-- on top of meeting the talkative little dancer left her with aching shoulders and dark bags under her eyes that stuck out embarrassingly easily against her pale skin. She needed to get to work, though. She had her chores... She had to clean. The hallways were deserted at the moment, so she briskly walked towards the closet.
It was always dark and a bit confined... The photographer only had to peak her head in for a moment, though, so it wasn't too much of a problem. The door whined in protest as she opened it and she stepped inside, scanning the shelves for a mop and a bucket.
Only to be distracted when the closet door closed behind her, leaving her in the dark even to the point where she couldn't see her hand in front of her face. Was this someone's idea of a joke? Or did someone just shut it without knowing she was inside? Regardless, a feeling of unease settled over her and she narrowed her eyes.
She tried the knob and pulled on the door, only to find that it was stuck. She gave the door a bang. And then another. And another. Well... this was embarrassing. Her cheeks flared with frustration. "Anyone out there?" She called out, hoping to reach someone's ears.
