The upcoming theatrical OVA Fragtime will be shown for the first time in the United States at Anime NYC. The anime will be shown at a panel on Sunday, November 17. It is scheduled for theatrical release on November 22 in Japan. 

Additionally, staring voice actor Miku Ito and producer Yusuke Terada will attend the panel to give exclusive behind the scenes stories.

Based on the manga series of the same name by Sato, Fragtime follows high school student Misuzu Moritani, who has the ability to stop time for three minutes every day. One day while using her power she discovers that Haruka Murakami can continue to move while time is stopped.

The anime stars Miku Ito as Moritani Misuzu and Yume Miyamoto as Haruka Murakami. They are joined by supporting cast members Miho Hayashi, Miyuri Shimabukuro, Yuchiro Umehara, Azusa Tadokoro, Ayane Sakura, Minami Takahasi, and Chika Anzai.

The anime is produced by Tear Studio and distributed by Pony Canyon. It is made by much of the same team behind the 2018 Yuri OVA Kase-san and Morning Glories. This includes director and scriptwriter Takuya Sato, character designer Tomoko Sudo, color designer You Iwaida, director of photography Takeshi Kuchiba, editor Masahiro Gotou, and music by rionos.
