Set in Campaign 2, post episode 26. This is from Caleb’s point of view, as he struggles with Molly’s death, and all the possibilities that were lost when they died (the author uses they/them pronouns for Molly). It brings Caleb close to Fjord, who’s also dealing with the same loss, which I think is just a really fascinating idea- that these two people who are clearly trying to keep themselves together might naturally fall towards each other. I also thought the description of the rest of the Nein’s processes of grief were really stunningly well done considering how short this fic is. They all rang super true, and overall, the writing was really striking.

Set in a somewhat AU episode 3 of Campaign 2. I’m having trouble deciding how to describe this, because it’s somewhat plotty, escaping-from-danger, but it’s also incredibly hot, somewhat weird Fjord/Caleb porn? It’s really good, though. I don’t know. Heed the warnings and sorry for the lackluster review, I just know I love it a lot.
