I just wanted to share this - it’s a fix made by Scarlet, a modder for the aging in CAS bug. Go on ahead to SimsVIP’s website and the link to the download is within this post I’m linking you to. It’s on SimFileShare without any ads.

p.s. I just added it in my Mods folder, but will test it tomorrow. Also, it shouldn’t conflict with MCCC but if you have ANY other aging mods, then Houston you’ll have a problem. Remove those so they won’t conflict with this fix.
