She looked up, startled out of what she was afraid was nearly a doze, and hoped he hadn't seen too much of it. "Don't be ridiculous, Doctor, I'm perfectly alright. I still need to isolate this--this--protein from--" She yawned quickly and gave him a sheepish smile. "I still have a bit of work to do, anyway. I'll be fine. Just a bit longer."
