#five times

+1! This week, Emily and V look at everyone's favorite fic format, the 5+1 fic. This humble story structure seems like it's always been a part of fandom, or just a part of human storytelling, but no! It all started with a little Clark/Lex story in Smallville fandom back in 2002, and boy, are we grateful. Come along with us as we talk about which fandoms grow these babies like lemons on trees, which stories have devastated us the most, and more Times than you can count.

I need advice for a personal fic that’s one of those 5 times this happened and one time this happened things. It’s for the personifications of Time (who is a fem presenting NB character to my universe who is also a hermit and prefers to spend their days in their clock tower making clocks and not talking to anyone except Death) and the four horsemen Death (who is a blind workaholic with no backbone but is in charge of reaping souls of mass death, who I also call Grim because he has a sister who is also death, but also Winter and she handles small domestic deaths)

It’s a fic where Five times when Time kidnapped Grim from his duties and the one time Grim kidnapped Time, I already have 1 and 2 done, 1 is them surprise kidnapping Grim from a meeting with the four horsemen and 2 is Time kidnapping him from an even bigger meeting with all the forces of the world and universe. I have no ideas for the rest and would like some help- sorry if this is clunky and incoherent I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IMA DOING 😃
