in which my dream gave me a most horrible idea and feeling and prediction that I really really hope that I am wrong about
what if Deke gives his life so Coulson can live? what if that’s why he’s here? he’s the key to saving the world because he can save Coulson?
I mean while Deke biologically is family, he’s still at the moment an outsider to the group given they don’t know - but what if Deke eventually finds out and realizes that this is his destiny, he’s here to keep his family together, to get his grandparents married and to make sure Coulson survives so that this whole family can be intact?
after all, even if he “dies”, he can still be born in the future, in a better future if this all works out, so he’s not even really dying - this way everyone gets a happy ending and no one else needs to die and he gets the chance to save the family that he couldn’t save back on the lighthouse
he was too young to stop the kree from killing his mother, he couldn’t stop his father from being taken away and sentenced to die and Voss killing him - but this time he’s not too young anymore, he has a chance to save this family, he has a chance to give his parents and grandparents a happy ending
maybe that’s what he’s destined to do

When Daisy said that they might have killed Jemma so that Fitz would be so damn cold gave me the chills. I mean it’s FitzSimmons. I can’t imagine how it will be when they see each other in the Framework. I will be ready with my tissues.
