I understand the theory behind the full bust adjustment calculation considering the difference between upper bust and full bust to be all tits, but as a person with a broader ribcage and smaller cup size (bra sizing I'm something like a 40A, which is a difficult size to find in most brands) it's looking a little dicey.

I'll try it as explained first, of course, to see what happens, but the FBA is on thin ice right now.

I’ve debated whether or not to write this post, questioning whether anybody would find it useful, meaningful or remotely interesting.
