On December 7th, @FBFfitness hosted a weekend of events covering fitness, fun and entrepreneurship. The girl gathering promoted health, fitness and financial freedom for females starting at the age of 11. Angela Simmons hosted the afternoon session “FITgirlFRESH Teen Summit” and Temple University PGS Ambassadors Raven and Andrea were in attendance. Female entrepreneurs set up booths giving business tips to the girls as they arrived, giving them an opportunity to network at a young age. Girls from 6 to 17 were ecstatic to learn a dance routine by Philadelphia’s own Professional Choreographer @vivalaveese. Even the moms in the room could not wait to join in and dance with their daughters! After all of the fun, the young women sat in on a panel including @angelasimmons @aneesahbeyah_kpf and @loveronnie. The career driven women gave insight on their backgrounds in television, music and modeling. The words of wisdom on fitness, business, bullying and self-esteem touched hearts across the room. The young women shared stories of their childhood with the panel and asked questions for future life endeavors.
