@fitbit I've been using your products for a few years and haven't had any issues until I bought the #charge3 #fitbitcharge3. It by far has been the worst investment I've ever made in my lineup of your products. I bought back in December 2018 and it only worked correctly for less than a month. Even now after trying to give it a 2nd chance with resyncing to my #samsungnote8 today it has yet to sync and update my fitbit account at all today. I won't even start on how you can't even have the #fitbitaria1 #aria1 weight scale on the same account as the charge 3 because when your company set the charge 3 up you must have given the charge 3 the same radio/bluetooth frequency code as the Aria 1 so they can't be successfully be used together. I will say your customer service department is great in responding to my issues but unfortunately they were not able to fix them. I'm pretty sure you will come out with future fitbit products. You need to make damn sure they are fully tested for compatability with the other devices on your line as with the mobile software systems that are out there. Super 😒 dissapointed and pissed as fuck with the shit. As far as I'm concerned all I have now is a fancy looking paperweight. So I'll be disconnecting from my account AGAIN as soon as I get home and putting it away The only two wearables I wear in which I don't have any issues are my #fitbitflex2 and my #fitbitaltahr. Hell even my #fitbitone worked without issues.
