Post 9: Fit-bit
Fit-bit is a very interesting company because its only other service is its online app and over the phone customer service. Since this is an intangible service, these kinds of services could be harder to market than a physical object. Fit-bit is sadly not doing the very best in the service quality. I was going over some of the customer reviews and the voice-of-customer was not so great. I myself own a fit-bit and am very pleased with the service that I wear on my wrist every day and aswell with the very easy to function app.Â
