Fish2Go is maybe a take out food counter that deserves to have its own dining area. I just don’t know why they haven’t decided on that yet.Â
Fish Tart is one their newest dish that is truly promising. I love the soft and crisp dough topped with a generous amount of bangus and melted cheese that has the right saltiness and sweetness on it.Â
The Fish Empanada is also a must try! It has that perfect crunch on the outside and soft bread beneath it. The filling is also mixed with the right combination of flavors. The fish, veggies, and seasonings can make you crave for more.Â
Fish Rolls is actually my favorite! The mixture of fish meats are well wrapped and fried perfectly for a crunchy bite. It’s honestly addicting!
And of course Fish2Go’s Tuna Belly. Their version is grilled just right and well marinated. I love the tender and juicy meat that is flawlessly boneless. Their Tuna Belly is truly one of their flagship dishes that should be automatically included in your order.Â
I’m not a fan of Tuna Panga because most that I’ve tasted is rough and gooey but their version made me think twice. It’s rich in flavor and meat is just as succulent as the belly part.Â
Fish2Go also has condiments and sauces to choose from. If you wanted to re-create your own mix it’s better to use the right base ingredients.Â
